Hygiene items

For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used intimacy items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email care@sheaurawellness.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened, sealed boxes

An unopened box in its original sealed condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Cashfree within 5–7 business days.
